Raintree Lodge Suva

Rain tree Lodge is located in the suburbs of Suva City, right on Princess Road, Colo-i-Suva (which is pronounced as Tholo- ee- Suva).  It is opposite a police post and next to the Forest Park and Forestry Department.  This restaurant is a mix of all fusion, which is European, Fijian, Indian and others.

Menu is priced in a medium cost range which is good for those budget conscious people.  The bar and restaurant is are modeled and decorated in a traditional Fijian chiefly bure (a Fijian hut).  They serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and can cater for a lot of people. They have a lakeside verandah and an outdoor café which makes dining more lovely.

Breakfast is served from 7am daily and there are varieties of options to choose from. These ranges from continental breakfast to a hearty cooked breakfast one.  Lunch is served around 12pm and has over 30 selections of meals to choose from.  Dinner is served around 5.30pm onwards and ranges from 40 selections of meals.  There is also a fully licensed bar which sells reasonably priced wines, spirits, liqueurs and beers.  Happy hour starts from 5pm to 7pm.  It is mostly visited by guests of the Lodge and visitors who want to have a quite dinner away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
