Message from the Special Administrator

As the custodian and the special administrator of the Suva City Council, I’d like to welcome you to the City of Suva. Suva has noted a remarkable urban shift over the years and now our metropolitan area has become the pride of the South Pacific – Suva is a tropical destination that is unlike any other.

Being a multicultural modern city, Suva offers everything one would expect from a large city – trendy shopping malls, hotels, duty free shopping and local market, restaurants and entertainment and also an excellent place to experience a mix of history, tradition, culture, sport and recreation offered by the old colonial buildings, parks, gardens, museum, outdoor activities, the beautiful seawall walkway and a vibrant nightlife.

We hope you enjoy the destination of Suva and we hope you come back often.

Vinaka
